Senior Adults

Plenti-nine is a group whose purpose is to promote Christian growth and fellowship through a variety of activities. Participants are individuals from Harrisonburg Baptist Church; most are retired, but there are no age restrictions. The only requirements for participation are some free time, an inquiring mind and a willingness to share in costs. Quarterly dinner meetings provide an opportunity for planning a variety of events. The group has traveled to locations such as Myrtle Beach, SC; Lancaster, PA; Winchester, VA; Richmond, VA; the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum at Dulles; and Peaks of Otter. Interested members read and discuss several books each year, and there are occasional hikes. Everyone is welcome to participate!
