Kingdom Kids/Children’s Worship is offered for all children age 3 – grade 3 during the 9:00 and 11:10 worship services. Children exit the worship center after the 20-minute praise set during the 9:00 service and before the message in the 11:10 service. They proceed to a classroom to particate in “worship-related” activities, plus enjoy a light snack.
Nursery care is provided during our Sunday School and Worship Services and for most church activities.
Children’s Discipleship Training is held Sunday evenings from 6:30 – 7:30 pm (August through May). Children’s Bible Drill (grades 4-6) helps children increase their knowledge of the Bible, develop skills in handling the Bible and begin developing scripture memory skills.
Children’s Mission Education is held Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm (September through April). The programs help children learn about the life and work of missionaries and engage in age appropriate mission action activities. AWANA (age 3 - grade 6) is a study of missions and life in faith where children learn to have concern for all people, to become role models and to work with others in sharing Christ. Awana is an international, Bible-centered children's and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training for students in preschool through high school. Our goal is to equip churches to reach children and their families with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.
Children’s Choir programs are held Wednesdays as a part of AWANA. Our children's choirs teach the fundamentals of music and singing while learning songs of worship and praise. Children sing for worship and special music programs several times throughout the year.
Vacation Bible School (ages 3 through grade 6) is held the last full week of June. VBS is designed for children and their friends to learn about Jesus through fun-filled, creative activities and lessons.
Christmas Bible School (for children age 3 - grade 6) is a one-day event held on the first Saturday of December from 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon. It is designed to help children focus on the true meaning of Christmas.
